U.S. companies file 337 investigation applications for DJI drones and their components

According to the Ministry of Commerce, on August 30, the American company Autel Robotics filed an application with the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) in accordance with Section 337 of the U.S. Tariff Act of 1930, accusing Shenzhen DJI Technology Co., Ltd. and its affiliates of The UAV and its components (Unmanned Aerial Vehicles and Components Thereof) exported from the U.S., imported in the U.S. or sold in the U.S. infringed its patent rights and requested ITC to initiate a 337 investigation and issue a limited exclusion order and a prohibition order.
